The NBCLT &#8220;Patchwork&#8221;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>We are currently working with landowners to bring new properties into the Trust. Immediate Solutions: Where to Grow Today<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While we grow our Trust, there are several incredible organizations in New Brunswick and the Maritimes that offer immediate ways to get your hands in the dirt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Community Gardens<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are looking for a small plot to grow food for your family:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>NB Community Harvest Gardens (Fredericton):<\/strong>&nbsp;A leader in inclusive, pay-what-you-can gardening. They steward sites like St. Mary\u2019s and Hayes Farm.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Fredericton Organic Community Garden:<\/strong>&nbsp;Offers over 100 plots for those committed to organic practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Eco-Citizens of Edmundston:<\/strong>&nbsp;Partners with the NB Botanical Garden to offer community plots in the Madawaska region.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Apprenticeship &amp; Mentorship<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are an aspiring farmer looking to gain experience before taking on a lease:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Hayes Farm (Fredericton):<\/strong>&nbsp;A teaching farm that offers a &#8220;Community Food Producer&#8221; program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Young Agrarians:<\/strong>&nbsp;While their &#8220;Land Matching&#8221; is currently focused in BC, their&nbsp;<strong>Farm Apprenticeship Program<\/strong> and online&nbsp;<strong>Business Bootcamps<\/strong>&nbsp;are invaluable for new farmers in New Brunswick.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:48px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3.
